This year's World Chaîne Day is dedicated to the ACCR (Association Caritative de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs) - the charity arm of the Chaîne. ACCR provides charitable aid to HORECA (Hotel / Restaurant / Catering) programs worldwide, making it possible for students to receive an education leading to a profession in the industry.
