About our associationWhat is Wild Apricot?Wild Apricot is web-based software for small associations and non-profits to help manage membership, website, events and other activities. It is "cloud" software, meaning it runs through a web browser without needing to install anything on your local computer. Since our focus is small organizations, we've designed Wild Apricot to be both powerful and affordable, with pricing plans starting at just $40 per month.
Our missionListening to customers is also key to our development process. Problems reported in support or features requests made in our community forums are the most important factors shaping what we develop and improve. New releases of Wild Apricot happen automatically every few months, and as a result our quality and reliability is consistently rising according to our regular customer surveys. Our customer respect also extends to our sales process – or rather, lack of it. We believe our product and support speaks for itself. That's why we don't have pushy sales-people or negative-option billing. We offer a 30-day free trial including full support, and we only ask for an email address – no credit card, no phone number, nothing else.
